      -Response to COVID-19 pandemic has been full support of all people from Staff to Lawyers, jobs have not been cut as a result of pandemic -Fanstastic office space in the Stantec Tower in Ice District, Downtown Edmonton -Employee Engagement and Staff Recognition initiatives run through the year -Comprehensive group health benefits paid for by the Firm; RRSP matching -Dentons is recognized as a top employer in many categories (young people, diversity) -Supportive of work-life balance and family life; Dentons has supports in place for mental health and employee and family assistance

      Pros

      Everybody there cared about working together, no ambushing, The pay was great, hours and workload manageable, I loved this firm and would go back in a heartbeat! Shout out to IT and the Assistants - their cooperation is on the next level of the "united means success" the firm enjoys.

      Cons

      I didn't experience or hear about any in my 5 months there, and I was on-site 4-5 days a week. I only left because I needed to care for my Covid-stricken only child.
