Pros

-Centrally located office -Lots of flexibility to work remote whenever necessary (dependant on role and manager) -Decent compensation package to start -Management does not micromanage (because they are too busy)

Cons

-Lots of work including evenings and weekends -Virtual team environment so missing the sense of team and community -Very low annual raises and bonuses, not in line with the amount of effort and work -Management and stakeholders only care about the bottom line and growing the company and it shows -Very poor onboarding, just thrown in there without any direction -Company growing very fast yet the support staff isn't growing with it. They are not hiring the amount of staff it would take to support so many new lawyers and teams -People leave the company and are not replaced, their roles get absorbed by whoever is willing to take on the extra work without the extra pay or title -Very high turnover and often a lack of resources

Pros

Everybody there cared about working together, no ambushing, The pay was great, hours and workload manageable, I loved this firm and would go back in a heartbeat! Shout out to IT and the Assistants - their cooperation is on the next level of the "united means success" the firm enjoys.

Cons

I didn't experience or hear about any in my 5 months there, and I was on-site 4-5 days a week. I only left because I needed to care for my Covid-stricken only child.
