Not drinking the Kool-aid - Anonymous employee Dentons Employee Review

There is no real future here. Management tried hard to integrate lawyers into the "polycentric" way of doing things but, after working here a few years, I can't say it is working. They never stop telling everyone to drink the kool-aid here but its just not working. Senior leadership seems exclusively focused on rolling up more and more lawyers in far flung destinations, some of whom are just not that great. The Chinese combination with Dacheung has yet to produce any tangible benefit and has been a major drain on resources. I am very concerned about the outlook for Dentons beyond the next 24 months.
