Lacking in Good Leadership at Global Level - Milk Quality and Animal Health Portfolio DeLaval Employee Review

I really enjoyed my position while working at DeLaval. For the most part, the people I worked with were great. I left due to lack of good leadership (globally) and higher management in Europe not following up on my concerns. I will also include that the company will try to pay you as minimal as possible unless you have someone who is in a leadership position that will fight for what you deserve.
