      Pros

      Hard to find any honestly.. direct deposit i guess is one. Other than that I cant think of anything that I would actually consider a "pro".

      Cons

      A lot.. management is no good, have to many titles and cant run the plant properly. Show zero care for employees. Thinks they have it figured out when in fact they dont. Will never be able to keep good employees because of the way the plant is ran. So beware..

      No communication, Racist environment. Limited training. Fired for calling out racism. No structured training. OJT sucks
