Pros

- Best-in-class project exposure and experience. You will get to work on some of the most exciting projects in the world if you want to. - Best technical training you can receive in the industry. - Great benefits. - Excellent company culture. You will love the people you work with.

Cons

- Work-life balance on the operations side is poor, especially on large, high-profile projects. - In a large company such as DPR, your career development track often depends on what team you are selected to work with. Most younger employees don't have much control over this. - Most ideas or solutions to your problems on a macro or micro level will not gain traction due to the corporate ambiguity of a large organization. At a minimum, it takes longer to solve a problem due to so many stakeholders being involved.

Pros

Great company culture and events

Large projects teams get lost in the sauce. Everything can become a dog and pony show, client relations become more important than the wellbeing of staff
