Then the "good old boys" club kicked in. If your not in the "click" then your SOL. They continue to hire college guys to run work and these guys have never swung a hammer in there life. Most dont know how to even read a tape. Yes, the "old school" mentality is fading but so is the quality of work. Get some builders and stop relying on the SSG to make all the money.
