      The people and culture at DPR are great. It is a fun place to work and gives young individuals a good opportunity to have a lot of responsibility.

      You are expected to work many hours and often weekends. It is a whatever it takes attitude. The whatever it takes attitude many times takes over your weekends and evenings.
