7yMany thanks for taking the time to leave your feedback - I regret to hear you have had some negative experiences during your short tenure here at DDD.
I’m pleased that you liked our employee benefits such as free coffee. We are working hard to make sure that we offer a comprehensive range of benefits. We already offer private medical insurance and a top ranking contributory pension scheme. These benefits are already available to all DDD employees, and we are continuing work to improve our benefits offering. I should probably mention that we don’t offer parking to all employees as we have a limited amount of parking available on our small production/factory site.
You’re right that we have a diverse and multi-cultural workforce here at DDD - we’re really proud of this and are pleased that our workforce represents the community that we are a part of. We are also keen to keep welcoming all employees – irrespective of where they come from or what their first language is. We know that teamwork becomes more important when the members of the team have these different backgrounds and we’re proud of the way that our teams welcome new colleagues who are ready to learn and develop new skills.
Our work pattern is consistent with most factories running a 2-week rotating pattern. Whilst we know that this isn’t for everyone, we also have many employees who like the freedom this gives them to use their mornings/evenings for other purposes. Furthermore, we offer generous shift allowance to compensate staff for the inconvenience - as well as paying a competitive wage.
Finally, we live by the values of integrity and support, employing a diverse team from all ethnic backgrounds. Our new team members tend to commend how welcoming their teams have been, so I would be keen to learn why it has been so different for you.
