It really sounds like the values we have really resonated with you, and you took the opportunity to learn and grow whilst here at DDD - which is great to hear.
We place a really high importance on our values (Integrity Challenge Support Excellence Bravery), and we are continually working to further embed these into the business. We rely on our leaders and line managers to role model the values on a daily basis - so I'm sorry to hear that you felt a member of the team did not display these values consistently.
As you say, we have many people in the business who live and breath the values and our culture. When we see behaviours that are not in keeping with our core principles, we take action (offering training, support, feedback and challenge).
