Workout completely innefective, outdated and no progression, having to teach stuff as a certified personal trainer that I know is false information in order to follow company script. Hydraulic machines will NOT build muscle. Leads to lots of overuse injuries. Coaches should be allowed more freedom to actually teach safer alternatives and to personalise programmes so as to get better results. Poor pay. Feel its praying on peoples ignorance as to effective exercise programmes.
