Pros
Friendly environment, committed members, could workout with members, smaller facility so monitoring members was not difficult, it was inspiring to see women of an older demographic so committed to better their health!
Cons
I was hired during a transition. New technology was being implemented and the Curves I was working for was in the process of being sold to a new owner. Therefore, during the time I was there, the sign in process was a bit chaotic and unorganized but the members were typically patient and we had a written sign in sheet whenever our technology failed us. The pay wasn't all that great either but being able to workout for free was a huge plus!
