Not a bad company to work for but advancement opportunities are questionable - Anonymous employee Curves International Employee Review

Not much room at the franchise level to advance so even if you do a really good job and perform well, you can only go as high as club manager at a franchise level. I suppose that you could move on the corporate level, but if that opportunity was available I was never made aware of it.
