Pros
My co-workers and most of the members were great. Sometimes the environment was a lot of fun especially when Zumba was going on. You get to workout for free.
Cons
There is suppose to be a coach in the circuit at all times, but when you work alone as I always did that's impossible to do. You are expected to do sales appointments, personal training sessions, and make a large amount of calls during each shift. The worst part was harassing people to join. You are expected to ask members for numbers of friends and family so you can call and try to get them to join. You are also expected to call people who gave the club their number years ago and try to convince them to join/rejoin. You are expected to litter the community with flyers, as well.
