- great ticket, health and other partners benefits - good culture and environment (varies on the department) - great for entry Jobs when starting your profesional career - easy to move around positions on your same level - nice little perks for holidays (mothers/fathers day, Christmas, etc) - inclusive with all kinds of religions and preferences
Cons
- very bad human resources Management - too much bureocracy - poor compensation - takes too long to grow within the company - great talent and knowledge leaves easily due to lack of opportunities - same directors for the past 30-50 years which reduces grow opportunities and job innovations. - (excluding VPs & Directors) people change around positions too much which takes away the position knowledge for the department
