Good reasons? just that you travel within the americas without paying for it, but regarding the rest, nothing is good.

Cons

the salary. It is really ridiculous that this company, which is one of the most profitable airlines worldwide, pays you 450.00 a month to start working as a flight attendant, being 416.00 the minimum salary in panama, not to mention the other job positions... really embarrasing.

Good Culture. Training was also good and the social initiatives program. Workplace was good too as well as the incentives in addition to the salary.

Growing pains. Grew to fast and was not prepare. Probably a less flat organization could help improve and open some spaces to promote within

Amazing Organization! You feel an absolute sense of pride when you are an employee for Copa.

Cons

Zero ramp-up and zero training for administrative roles. All the training and resources are made available to employees who directly face customers. Some Sr. Directors and higher ups have zero people skills and abuse their employees and HR does nothing about it. Inspiring Leadership isn't something HR or the CEO worries to much about. Policy that they will not rehire employees who have voluntarily left the company... Poor HR thinking.
