Pros
You are able to change you shifts with you coworkers since day one. Variety of shifts so you can manage your life pretty well. You get unlimited flight tickets with little cost You are offered transportation, uniform, a few bonuses (don't expect much).
Cons
It's very difficult to grow as a professional. Doesn't have a good social environment (there's always drama). Too much work for what they pay
