      Partners are more humane than at most other firms.

      Cons

      Was pressured to write off a lot of time to pad partner profits. Partners/associates not as bright/hard working as at other firms.

      Free lunch and snack bar

      Cons

      Some offices have awful open layouts and cubicle like associate seating. I also experienced a lot of turnover and instability under the new CEO.
