      Cooley has great brand recognition and very interesting clients

      Cons

      Firm culture is not nearly as laid back as advertised and there is very little built in support/structure for the integration of lateral attorneys

      Free lunch and snack bar

      Cons

      Some offices have awful open layouts and cubicle like associate seating. I also experienced a lot of turnover and instability under the new CEO.
