      A well managed and well-led firm. The IP group prioritizes teamwork and camaraderie. There is a strong sense of support from the colleagues as well. The firm goes above and beyond offering benefits beyond the standard perks provided by other large firms. Highly recommended.

      Cons

      Some offices have awful open layouts and cubicle like associate seating. I also experienced a lot of turnover and instability under the new CEO.
