Great people, crappy culture - Anonymous employee Cooley Employee Review

So many people were unhappy when I left. Culture was deteriorating, layoffs were happening, morale was low. Large firm so Band-Aid solutions for all. Rules for staff didn't match rules for others, it left many feeling uncared for and valued way less. Individual office needs were not entertained if it didn't align with the way things are done. Cult-like "Be Cooley" mindset. Staff bonuses are too low.
