Lots of nice fringe benefits. Great people to work with.
Cons
Staff are treated as well below any billable employee. Policies rule above what should be done and the administration hides behind the policies. The Be Cooley motto doesn't mean doing what truly benefits those who do not bill hourly. Staff requests often are ignored if they conflict with corporate policy.
