      The people are great, they really hire well and you don't mind spending all your time with your colleagues.

      It is still a BigLaw firm - the hours are crazy and the expectations are crazier.

      Free lunch and snack bar

      Cons

      Some offices have awful open layouts and cubicle like associate seating. I also experienced a lot of turnover and instability under the new CEO.
