      it's big law... Elite and balanced don't always go together; a bit of an identity crisis for early stage group and hourly rates

      Free lunch and snack bar

      Cons

      Some offices have awful open layouts and cubicle like associate seating. I also experienced a lot of turnover and instability under the new CEO.
