Pros
Laid-back, yet still professional and skilled environment. Very different from other "typical" law firms and their culture. Great pay and benefits. Generous paid-time-off.
Cons
Medical benefits are good, but they're very expensive. Staff management is really out for the convenience and benefit of attorneys and higher-ups, as opposed to the actual staff, leaving staff feeling unsupported and without a true voice.
