Pros
Friendly, casual but hardworking environment, managers are competent and know what they're doing, 20% store discount. Free training if you stay with the company for a certain amount of time.
Cons
There's a little bit of a disconnection between the ground level store staff and the HR department, a lot of stuff is handled through the in store intranet, if it was sensitive you would want to be able to do that in a private environment at your home or from your own device. Training must be done on your own time, slow pay progression from the bottom.
