      - Streamline process - Good paid salary

      Cons

      - got hired and get complaint from your direct manager - if you receive any question from upper level, please be careful. sometimes you will get scammed with his/her question. - Don’t go too far in small problem but big problem, you will throw to your subordinate - Your company will forced a new joiner to follow all of your company policy in time

Strong process documentation environment (P&IDs/SOPs/LOTO), which helps you learn disciplined engineering practices. Projects feel practical and meaningful, not just “intern work.”

      Learning curve: There’s a lot to learn early on (systems, standards, plant terminology), so the first few weeks can feel information-heavy.
