There is not a good career development. Getting promoted is challenging, If you make the right connections, you may go up, if not, you can be in the same position for years. Office is nice but the equipmment like monitor, keyboard is very poor, desk not ergonomical Home office only two days, not survey to ask employe opinions about return to office
