      Salary comparatively still quite ok

      Cons

      Micromanagement, unprofessional co-workers, management never walk the talk, too many managers that only gives instructions but insufficient operational employees that really do the work. No career progression. Whether you perform good or bad, everyone gets same bonus, so no motivation. Medical benefits quite low for an MNC

Strong process documentation environment (P&IDs/SOPs/LOTO), which helps you learn disciplined engineering practices. Projects feel practical and meaningful, not just “intern work.”
