Extremely hierarchical company, senior management change their minds every time (lack of consistency), poor communication from the management, lack of good leaders, people in wrong positions, general unpleasant atmosphere. If you come to work for Clariant be ready to do what you have to do and go home. If you want to contribute, be active, have the chance to learn and grow, participate in the decisions, this is not the company for you.
