Not a great experience - Director Cielo Employee Review

Experience can vary greatly depending on the area you work in. Cielo do often appointment from within during their numerous reorganisations, but sadly that results in people who do not have the right skills being appointed into very senior roles that they are not ready for or suited to. This leads to repetitive bad decisions and a disillusioned and disengaged workforce. In my own area a number of directors resigned without new roles secured such was their frustration with their leadership. This is something I have never experienced in previous companies. Limited opportunities if outside the US in some business areas.
