Pros
Cielo does a great job of targeting the right size and scope projects to maintain a longterm relationship with high value customers. Given all the tools to be successful. As an RPO they understand the value of not pushing the Cielo brand and recruiters work as if they are transparent members of the client. Leadership seems to be driven and open minded.
Cons
Onboarding was overwhelming and overkill with training. After onboarding and working for the client you then realize what tools you need to use to be successful but only after wasting 2 weeks where I felt I could have been more productive. A lot of redundant reporting. Benes could be better. These Cons are very small in the grand scheme of things.
