Pros

The work was a remote role. Worked in a small team environment.

Cons

Mid-level management on some teams forget that people on the other side screen in their team meetings are real people and not just pixels on computer. A team I associated with had a healthy balance of men and women, The team eventually turned into all women and the men on the team were treated with disrespect and combative attitudes. In the time I associated with the team I saw 5 men to 1 woman RIF'ed or Termed.

well established clients. Interesting projects; friendly coworkers

Cons

No bonus, no merit increase pay out over the last 4 years. They say they want to strenghten their customer relationships and allocate more to AI but this is the worst way to do it. If your team went above and beyond and secured continuing business the bare minimum is a small merit increase. Growth opportunities for high performing employees will bring you more business. There is nothing to look forward to aside from a paycheck and contract renewal every 6 months.
