Hi there, this is Tara Cassady, Chief Revenue Officer. It's disappointing to read that after over two years of being at Cielo, you have left feeling negatively about your time with us. We genuinely care about the wellbeing of our people and this is very concerning to read. I want to assure you that our company policy encourages a healthy work-life balance, including the utilization of paid time off where everyone has time to refresh and recharge. If there were any misunderstandings or instances where this policy wasn't communicated effectively, I will absolutely look into this. As for your comments on leadership, I acknowledge each individual will be a different journey and have a different approach to management, however there is still improvement to be made here and we welcome constructive feedback from employees at all levels.
