Pros

- Better salary package compared to similars in Spain - Full remote jobs

Cons

I worked at Cielo for almost 3 years, I live in Spain and worked fully remote for UK, hereby my feedback: - The RPO model is very uncomfortable as both your client and Cielo will demand different results that often do not match. - In my experience I had 2 managers from Cielo and then another one from my client. It's too much micro management - Cielo suggests very unrealistic KPIs especially regarding IT recruitment. - The BONUS system was never clear - They force you to do an "IDP" individual development plan that is not useful for anything but wasting your time, it's more work. - Your direct manager turns out to be nobody at the end of the day if they fire you they will do it from HR without giving you reasons - Every month they invite you to circular meetings to brag about what a good company they are but then they fire a lot of people with terrible separation practices. - If you get fired they will do their best to pay the minimum in the settlement, be careful!

Hello, this is Molly Thiel, Chief Administrative Officer. I’m disappointed to read about your experience and would appreciate the opportunity to talk about it with you live. There’s a lot that’s hard to address on an anonymous platform like this. Please send me an email at molly.thiel@cielotalent.com so we can discuss. Thank you.

Pros

well established clients. Interesting projects; friendly coworkers

Cons

No bonus, no merit increase pay out over the last 4 years. They say they want to strenghten their customer relationships and allocate more to AI but this is the worst way to do it. If your team went above and beyond and secured continuing business the bare minimum is a small merit increase. Growth opportunities for high performing employees will bring you more business. There is nothing to look forward to aside from a paycheck and contract renewal every 6 months.
