This is my second RPO and the attrition rate is very high. Since joining Cielo Search Solutions, I have had two managers and this is my fourth month! Management has a preference of automating the managing process where you report on yourself as they have no idea what you been up to. Instructions from project leaders can change from one day to the next, very frustrating!!
