That’s a very bold statement to make without any context, and I am confident there’s always more to the story. I will do my best to explore that situation to ensure your colleague was properly taken care of, and for right now, let’s focus on your own experience with Cielo. I can assure you the experience you describe is not at all supported by our leadership team, and not reflective of the culture we aim to promote.
