6yThis is Marissa Geist, COO. Thank you for taking the time to write this post. I understand why it would be hard to train your replacement, especially when you are in transition. I know your team, in particular, put a lot of effort into thinking about the best way to manage the seasonal workloads. That thought included thinking about the fairest way to treat our outgoing employees, and the package they, and you received as you depart our organization. I know there was thought that rather than ending quickly, offering the time to transition would extend the period for you to find your next opportunity before the leave pay started, rather than be seen as punitive action during a tough time.
