6yHi, this is Dan Bates, SVP of Operations. Thank you for sharing your feedback. Our flexible work model does move people from team to team when the work we do for our clients experiences peaks or valleys. It’s that flexibility and opportunity to learn and cross-train that many of our team members appreciate. We did have to make the difficult decision to eliminate some positions a couple weeks ago, and those decisions were based on roles and responsibilities rather than individual performance or pay. Balancing our global workforce is part of a broader initiative currently in process to differentiate our operating model. It’s essential to make some changes to the way we work as our industry and our clients' needs continue to evolve. We know change can be difficult, and we’re doing as much as possible to take care of our people through this transition and beyond. To ease impacted employees’ transitions, we’ve offered a significant notice period and some additional benefits to provide stability and aid in their job search. In the long-term, changing the way we work will open the opportunity for us to invest more in our people – more opportunities for learning & development, enhanced benefits, recognition and workplace improvements.
