Pros
The people are great, very team oriented and results driven. With so many different types of accounts, there is the opportunity to gain exposure to a variety of industries. Also, the access to technology tools is a huge plus.
Cons
Even though we were "dedicated" to one account, in reality, I and many others worked on multiple accounts. This was one of the reasons I left, as it became difficult to prioritize and meet deadlines. I ended up working a min. of 60 hours per week and still feeling behind.
