      Pros

      The opportunity to work with exiting customers and have some of the best in the business when it comes to all things recruitment as colleagues. Fast paced environment which allows for accelerated growth opportunities and ensures no two days will be the same! A business that will challenge you to be the best that you can be and offer a platform for you to do this!

      Cons

      It will take hard work, good things don't come for free! It can be stressful along the way

      well established clients. Interesting projects; friendly coworkers

      Cons

      No bonus, no merit increase pay out over the last 4 years. They say they want to strenghten their customer relationships and allocate more to AI but this is the worst way to do it. If your team went above and beyond and secured continuing business the bare minimum is a small merit increase. Growth opportunities for high performing employees will bring you more business. There is nothing to look forward to aside from a paycheck and contract renewal every 6 months.
