Pros

Flexibility to work from home and awesome peers!! That's about it.

Cons

Oh boy.. where do I even begin? The biggest thing is they are placing leads with no experience to lead a team and upper management play favorites. If you are not a part of the inner circle then you will never move up the ladder. Cielo over promises the client and expects their recruiters to deliver unrealistic goals and expectations. Where they don't recognize hard workers for their performance and only promote people who has only been with the company longer but deliver less. Team leads have no experience leading the team and is basically the upper management's puppet. Recruiters suffer from not being able to deliver results the VP's promised the client which results in a laid off to remain their GP and make their numbers look good. Speak of numbers, that is ALL leads look at no matter much throughput you have put in, it's all numbers, numbers, numbers... Also, the in-house RecruitU program is a joke, nothing in the program teaches you on how to be a real recruiter, they will promote an Interviewing Specialist to a Recruiter but pay them way less than market wage to do a normal recruiters job. If you want to be valued for your work and don't want to be brown noser then I would most definitely not recommend working at Cielo.
