Thank you for sharing your sound advice to management. Whilst we never forget any of our amazing Cielo colleagues – wherever they are in the world – we do understand that we have to work harder to ensure that our remote teams feel more included and engaged. Our recently appointed European Engagement Ambassadors (volunteer colleagues from among our region’s teams) have accepted the challenge of helping us to do just this and we hope to have some ideas to share back to you all in the second quarter of this year.

No bonus, no merit increase pay out over the last 4 years. They say they want to strenghten their customer relationships and allocate more to AI but this is the worst way to do it. If your team went above and beyond and secured continuing business the bare minimum is a small merit increase. Growth opportunities for high performing employees will bring you more business. There is nothing to look forward to aside from a paycheck and contract renewal every 6 months.
