Pinstripe is a company driven by a lot of smart people. Working hard is expected, but people are also rewarded for their hard work. The executive team is committed to listening to employees to make Pinstripe a good place to work. The executive team and other employees are also open to change and better ways of doing business which creates a very innovative, collaborative envionrment in which to work.
Cons
Pinstripe is growing fast and as with any company growing quickly there are "growing pains." Dispersed workforce sometimes makes it difficult to network and collaborate with remote employees. Not a place to work if you want time to "stop and smell the roses." If you enjoy a fast-paced culture where you can grow your skills and you are willing to "just keep swimming" this is a great place to work.
