Let me tell you a little story about a recent experience at this company that will sum up how things are trending. Today we have an "employee appreciation" event at a beer garden that is quiet a distance from the office. For those of us that want to / able to attend the event, we were released from work at 2pm. If you work remotely, you were free to leave at the same time and you receive a gift in the mail. ANYONE ELSE that is unable to make the event or choosing not to go to a beer garden and drink or watch fellow co-workers and bosses drink we were mandated to work our normally scheduled times.
