- The team I belonged to offered flexibility, and remote work. - The team and Cielo have a very inclusive culture. Cielo and the management was very supportive when I had personal challenges. - Growth opportunities in RPO side. - Salary is competitive. - There is bonus as long as company is in good standing. - Referral scheme is also generous. - Decent HMO - People I worked with are all kind, professional, supportive

Cons

- A lot of cost cutting happening. The company assesses financial standing every quarter, and possibility of retrenchment is always looming. - Like another company, a job seat must be justified. If not, it has possibilities to stretch employees to their limits at the same salary e.g. additional/senior workload - Limited tools (+limited user accounts)

Cons

Layoffs every year and sometimes mutiple times a year (sometimes announced and sometimes quietly but teams talk). Have seen way too many good colleagues get let go to get back filled in a low cost geo that turn out to not work out. Every single day I dread getting a meeting invite from my manager or P&C that I'm being let go. Talking with others on my team and on other client teams, we all feel that way. No bonuses anymore. I dont think I've ever had more than 50% of my bonus in all my time here. Merit raises are low 1-3%.
