I understand your concerns regarding bonus payments and organizational changes. While market conditions have impacted our bonus structure, we recently transitioned to an annual bonus program to create a more consistent and equitable approach across the organization. Regarding organizational changes, we recognize these transitions can create uncertainty. Please know that such decisions are made thoughtfully and with careful consideration of their impact on our people.
