Pros

-Laid back dress code, although I could see it being completely laid back unless a client is in the office or a tour is being given. -Ability to self structure your day with a generalized layout of what's expected. -Fun events with the team. We always try to stay small as we get bigger. -Coworkers are incredible; I would be lost without them! -Somewhat flexible work hours (dependent on team). -PTO -Paid holidays

Cons

-Pay. 100%. So frustrating that the amount of work I do is twice the amount of a general scope of work and I'm paid half of what I should be. The rate is NOT competitive or conducive to the industry. -Management needs work. Micromanaging at its finest and the wrong people are penalized or not recognized how they should be. The answer to that is giving more work which doesn't solve any problems. -Leaders are consistently getting promoted, while others on the lower end of the totem pole have been given promises of a promotion with no deliverance. So incredibly frustrating to see people already making a ton of money getting more. -Benefits are horrendous. You're either robbed blindly every month so your deductible isn't high, or vice versa. It's a shame.

Pros

well established clients. Interesting projects; friendly coworkers

Cons

No bonus, no merit increase pay out over the last 4 years. They say they want to strenghten their customer relationships and allocate more to AI but this is the worst way to do it. If your team went above and beyond and secured continuing business the bare minimum is a small merit increase. Growth opportunities for high performing employees will bring you more business. There is nothing to look forward to aside from a paycheck and contract renewal every 6 months.
