Pros
The company offers very competitive pay. Good work/life balance. The technology is very interesting, and will be very impactful if they can get it to work consistently.
Cons
On my first day, I felt I had made a mistake coming to this company, with what was in my opinion, a very unprofessional orientation, followed by a tour of the messiest, dirtiest lab I have ever seen. This was just the start of the issues, and this ended up being a very difficult company to work at due to the culture. My opinion is that the company culture is characterized by poor communication, a lack of accountability, resistance to change, and dark politics. I recommend avoiding this company.
