Strong pay, paid benefits, discretionary time off, promotes big ideas and big picture thinking

      Historically, has taken too long to move on poor performers As a recent start up, lacks in some processes and documentation

      As the company continues to grow and onboard more clients, the pace can be very fast, and it can sometimes be challenging to context switch between multiple projects and priorities.
